3M has completed three renovation projects for me and a fourth one is under process. I am extremely satisfied with the work that has been done. Michael, the primary person in the company, is very professional, experienced and always has good ideas. He is fully focused on the work he does and makes every effort to finish the work on time. He is a committed, punctual and well organized. Michael is smart, flexible, very friendly and with a good sense of humour. 3M’s rates are reasonable and at par with the market. I have already lined up two additional projects for 3M and intend to use the company next year for additional works in my house. I only wish I had met him earlier. I will not hesitate one moment in my high recommendations of his skills, capability and integrity.

The best….the very best. Period. Every job Michael takes, he completes it with dedication. The best thing about his job is his work ethic. If he is not satisfied with anything in the middle of the job, he won’t rest until he has fixed it. He won’t bother you complaining about it or asking for more. 3M are excellent quality team, finished my legal basement as per timeline, starting from creating drawings , City approval, Opening side entrance, complete electrical , plumbing, and all inside decorating work.
